NERDOfficial was born August 30th, 1994 in Georgetown, Guyana. He moved to the United States at the age of 8 in 2003 and has since then became a native to Decatur, GA. From the age of 10, NERD began showing strong interests in cartoons, anime, video games, music and art. He had a vision of becoming a graphic or video game designer but as he transitioned to high school he found his true love for music.In late 2017 NERD immediately released his debut single called “WERK” featuring King.K & Kid Mar$$. The single was a huge success generating over 20k streams on SoundCloud in 24 hours. NERD followed up his successful release with 2 more singles: “STATUS” and “BROKE”, which generated over 50k streams combined. Also during that year 2017, NERD & Kid Mar$$ founded their record label “Out Of Class Records” and continued to to release singles the rest of the year.
