Sweetest Taboo started 15 years ago when two high school buddies, Nick and I, got our hands on a copy of Ableton Live. We were working at a smoke shop, making tracks between customers and late-night shifts. I was a raver-turned-DJ, he had the music theory — together we built Sweetest Taboo. We landed a residency at one of Houston’s most controversial and longest-running clubs, Kryptonite, and kept it going for eight solid years before life pulled us in different directions. Now, in 2025, I’ve brought it back. Since summer I’ve dropped the sequel to our original album Rare Form and made this project the centerpiece of my life.

NERDOfficial was born August 30th, 1994 in Georgetown, Guyana. He moved to the United States at the age of 8 in 2003 and has since then became a native to Decatur, GA. From the age of 10, NERD began showing strong interests in cartoons, anime, video games, music and art. He had a vision of becoming a graphic or video game designer but as he transitioned to high school he found his true love for music.In late 2017 NERD immediately released his debut single called “WERK” featuring King.K & Kid Mar$$. The single was a huge success generating over 20k streams on SoundCloud in 24 hours. NERD followed up his successful release with 2 more singles: “STATUS” and “BROKE”, which generated over 50k streams combined. Also during that year 2017, NERD & Kid Mar$$ founded their record label “Out Of Class Records” and continued to to release singles the rest of the year. In 2018, NERD released his highly anticipated album “Lit Season” which became a huge commercial success on Apple Music & SoundCloud.

I am excited to introduce myself as an experienced music professional and creative entrepreneur, specializing in music/video production, artist management and development. My name is Jason Alan, and I currently reside in Nashville, TN. My passion for music started at a young age, and I began playing the guitar, bass, piano, and synth when I was only seven years old. I continued my musical journey through high school, where I was part of the band and choir and formed my first band when I was only twelve. After completing a bachelor's degree in Music Business and Recording Arts from Full Sail University in Florida, I moved back to my hometown of Detroit and formed the band, "The Howling Loud” who gained regional success and opened for Misfits on a number of occasions. After experiencing success with my band and the unfortunate end of the project, I moved to Nashville, TN, where I helped build and now manage Sundog Recording Studio owned by grammy nominated producer and engineer, Michael Esser. During my time there, I have established myself as a successful producer and recording engineer, working with a variety of artists to develop their sound and improve their craft. Driven by my passion for music and my desire to help artists reach their full potential, I founded Beefy's All Originals, a company offering music production, management, artist development, booking, and other multimedia services, including design, video and photography, branding, web design and booking. During this time I also was retained as head of A&R and consulted for a growing EDM label out of Amsterdam called Epsilon Records. I’ve been an audio engineer and producer for about nine years, and I have the experience of working with artists in different genres such as Pop, Hip-hop, R&B, Soul, EDM, etc. I spend many hours mixing and mastering fresh music during my weeks. What I really love about audio engineering is that it allows me to show my creativity to artists that impress me with their sound. I want to proudly be a part of their art.
