Howdy! Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Jacob Lord and I am an audio engineer based out of Seattle, WA. I am just getting started in my audio production career and I am looking for more learning experiences! I have a strong passion for music that has always been a driving force in my life. I'd love to make music my full-time career. I play guitar for the Hardcore band Swamp Church and I handle all the recording, mixing, and mastering for our releases! I previously played guitar for the Seattle rock band The Adarna, where I gained a wealth of knowledge about recording and the audio production side of music releasing. I eventually got myself an electronic drum set and starting writing my own full band songs

In many ways a progressive guitarist, MJK’s cinematic soundscapes inspire a sense of hopeful longing. His 20+ years playing guitar have put him on stage for tens of thousands of people and sharing stages with Russell Malone, Bucky Pizzarelli, John Stowell, The Ginger Ninjas, Cello Joe, Catherine Feeny, and Halie Loren. He toured the Pacific Northwest on several bike-music tours and produced a short film about one.

Artists such as Son By 4, Gilberto Santa Rosa, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Charlie Aponte, Johnny Rivera, Jaci Velasquez, Jesse Demara and Vale Montes have recorded songs written by Carlos Javier Montes.

Mandelrot’s multi-instrumentalist power duo newly emerged from the Canadian underground industrial scene in early 2020 within the country’s capital city of Ottawa and neighbouring Montreal.. Launching their debut album, Endworld, in January 2021, they draw inspiration from various genres spanning from the likes of metal, hard rock, hip-hop, funk, and electronica. Part of a growing resurgence of an antagonistic underground local music scene, their government-ridden bureaucratic surroundings serve as abundant fuel for their unwavering socio-political subject matter. Mandelrot’s self-produced music and visuals are described with a tongue and cheek as an audio/visual placebo to the modern world for the Discordian mind. Their industrial sound can vary from groovy, danceable beats to harsh and heavy rhythms that feel like a product drawn straight from the harsh Northern landscape. K0R1N brings his wide range of vocal styles, machine-like drumming, and precise synth/programming to the forefront of the band’s sound. Bassist and guitarist, D!360, injects his own brand of heavy groove, intricate riffs, and Mediterranean styling to every song. Fresh off their recent inception, Mandelrot strives to keep hammering fans with their unique palette of heavy industrial experimentation with future releases.
