Writing lyrics is how I capture the emotions, thoughts, and stories that matter most to me. I’m new to the music industry, but this isn’t my first time writing lyrics. In my younger years, I wrote songs but gave up, feeling like it was too hard to break in without the right connections. Thankfully, with the rise of AI music creation software, lyricists like me now have an incredible opportunity to bring our words to life in song form and share them with the world — even if we can’t sing or play an instrument. It’s an exciting time for new songwriters, and I’m hopeful that people will connect with and enjoy the songs I create. Wilhelmina Wells Is a Tampa, Florida Multi genre songwriter and music composer. She took in interest in writing songs in 2009 and electronically populated her own music catalog library. She still writes and composes songs today. I have experience in live performances. Many listeners seem to be enthusiastic about the music she writes including some well known Gospel and secular Grammy award winners and nominees. In 2023, my company made merchandise t- shirts for Janet Jackson. I personally layout and design all of my song covers. I have taken a course to learn about becoming a music publish and have spearheaded Jackson Wells Records. Wilhelmina has worked from a small room in her house and has determined it’s time to share more of her artiste’s expression by formally releasing new groups of her music collections”.
