Boasting nearly twenty years of hands-on experience in all things production, Mr.Downs is an award winning music producer from Cincinnati, Ohio. To this day, he has produced over three hundred records independently, opened up for a number of major acts such as Tierra Marie and Project Pat; as well as perform for major record deals with Def Jam and Roc Nation. Producing timeless tracks and developing emerging artists in genres like pop and R&B is his main passion though. One that has led him to working with countless up and coming stars such as Marqo Mazii, Tayson, D.L.U.X and Rello Da Syah, just to name a few. Mr.Downs is currently running his own label “Chart Risers” which aims to support emerging artists. He is also working on a solo project called “Big Business”, which will be a collection of self-produced tracks dedicated to all the other dreamers and believers out there. The accomplished producer got his start in music very young when him and his twin brother formed their rapping, producing and songwriting team “Classicmakers”. Both of them had been in love with music since age five and began building their brand in the music business; rapping at shows regionally and eventually producing for local talent. Many years of hard work and dedication paid off—with their highly-refined, midwest influenced sound now being heard by many across the world.
