Every lyric is rooted in truth: family, struggle, resilience and mostly, I say the quiet part out loud. So far, as of November 2025, I’ve been told my style, so far, is “too country” for most publishing companies. I’ve been turned down from almost 47 opportunities. I am a Metis poet and songwriter with three books published. I was born in France and raised in Victoria British Columbia. I went to school to became a Health Care Aide but soon after I started wring and getting my books published.I truly love to write poems and songs I grew up with the 70s and 80s music and it still inspires me today.
