Born and raised in the Bronx, Rich Writer is a true Hip-Hop enthusiast. Inspired by well respected New York rappers such as Method Man, Grand Puba, and Fabolous, Rich Writer values lyricism in a way that is substantially reflected in his music. With a musical approach that combines classic east coast influences with innovative and eccentric wordplay, flows, and production, Rich Writer is carving out a unique lane in modern-day hip-hop. His ability to think outside of the box in addition to his extensive knowledge of music and black culture has given him the platform to inspire other creatives to walk in their purpose. In 2021, he launched the music group titled “The AAVE” in conjunction with multimedia company, “Inner Child Network”. He initially created The AAVE to serve as a home for creatives of different artistic backgrounds and it grew to become a space for musical artists to develop and expand on their sounds.

I'm 15 and an independent artist looking to expand connections. I'm a rapper who don't specialize in any genre of rap (yet), although I'm very good at writing on different beats. I'm a poet, open to God's inspiration to write messages of hope. Just as God uses me to create the words, I pay others for the singing and composition. It just so happens it's Suno AI I pay. If I had the money, I would pay real artists, but I'm a just a poet. I believe it's better to have my music out there for everyone to listen to, than hide it because I'm scared of AI as a tool. The lyrics are all mine. The music is just a tool to convey the emotions of the lyrics. AI doesn't get the credit. I don't get the credit. All glory goes to my precious Saviour Jesus Christ.

I've been a Lyricist since the 90s. I've also been in the light since I was a kid doing talent shows, spelling Bs, and plays. However, during the past 5 years I have been fully involved in music production and beat making, which I enjoy!
