Since I can remember I always had something of a song, a piece of music, an idea of a soundscape that was in my thoughts that was helping me understand or comprehend what I was experiencing around me. Over the years of my life I have always appreciated listening to the music done by others around me. Several years ago I started putting together a small studio with a few vintage and new synths just to help me relax and express the creative feelings and ideas I have at the end of the day. After learning some keyboard technique and learning some sound engineering practices I noticed an experience that I sometimes hear from dedicated artists ... there were times that I felt like I had a magic hand guided by some inspiring force that was influencing my music and sound engineering expression. I started recording some of those experiences with the sounds and effects that I could produce with my studio instruments and finally decided to not just keep this to myself but to share this with others. Now I have an number of recordings and usually cover art that I produced to accompany my sounds. It has had a very positive effect on me to be able to do this. And I also learned to enjoy listening to others works and giving my encouragement and ... wow ... I am now being encouraged by others who appreciate my works. Isn't that what music is all about !

Phillip Palmer is a musician songwriter composer recording artist producer from the Island of Jamaica W.I. My main genre is reggae, I love music so much I do it every day,

Steve Blanco is an American multi-instrumentalist musician, composer, filmmaker, screenwriter, and Century Media recording artist who grew up in West Nyack NY. He began music at a very young age with trumpet, then switched to drums as a main pursuit. He played in and/or founded a number of Rock bands in the local NY area scene. While in his early twenties he decided to switch to Jazz piano, studied performance and composition at Purchase Conservatory in NY and Amsterdam Conservatory in Holland. Equally at home as a leader or sideman, Blanco became part of the NYC Jazz scene. Expanding beyond the piano, he plays keyboards, synths, organ, rhodes, mellotron, etc… These days Blanco is making a name for himself as an electric bass player, touring internationally, performing, and recording in a multitude of different projects, including: •Bass / Keys in Imperial Triumphant •Bass / Keys in Ron Anderson’s PAK •Bass Keys in ECB aka El Chico Blanco •Piano in Steve Blanco Trio •Keys in Mark Feldman’s Level 5 •Keys and/or bass in Black Lodge (live improvised music to films in art house cinemas) •Piano as solo piano performer Blanco is also an avid filmmaker since a very young age. He has directed and produced many short films including: •Missing You •140 Decibels •The Artist (official selection NY film festival) •Autumn •Bicycle •The Filth (official selection San Francisco film festival) •ETR •City Swine (music video) •Atomic Age (music video) •Excelsior (music video) He has also written two feature length scripts (unproduced), and scored many. In the past All About Jazz had this to say about the Steve Blanco Trio (Steve’s Jazz piano trio): “Bill Evans Trio at its tightest, combined with the unpredictable theatricality of Ahmad Jamal at his best, and then increase the intensity quotient five notches.” Steve is an active music teacher of piano, drums, and bass. He also coaches kids’ Rock bands, and is becoming well known as such, with a diverse array of clients. In addition, Blanco is repairing, modifying, and working on guitars.

I'm struggling with recording really bad, and don't know anyone who can help. I used to have fun with music, but this project has been a nightmare. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Blurring the lines between traditional music genres, Alex Belski, belarussian indie artist creates a captivating and experimental soundscape with their music. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of sources, their work explores the limits of sound and pushes boundaries with every release.

Backwards 8 is an ongoing endeavor that presents my creations. I am a musician (drums, bass guitar, rhythm guitar and various other instruments), songwriter, music arranger and producer. The talented musicians, recording engineers and production professionals that join me on this journey make Backwards 8 breathe. The song "I'll Be Around" is the first song I ever wrote. I wrote it as a song of support for anyone feeling knocked down by life’s curveballs. If this song lifts the spirit up and makes one person feel good, then I’ve accomplished something.
