KokouOozie is a Ghanaian/Togolese Audio Engineer and Recording Artist. His genre of music is a melodious mixture of highlife, hip-hop, and afrobeat. KokouOozie developed his craft at Minneapolis Media Institute. Being an Avid Pro Tools certified and a fluent user of Logic Pro X, he carries over 10yrs of music production experience under his belt. After leaving the institute, he continued his audio development at Afro Soul Studios, which he was a co-owner with his longtime high school mate DJ Loose. Afro Soul Studios decided to close it doors but KokouOozie kept producing and engineering remotely in Iowa. On New Years Eve of 2020, he relocated to ATL in pursuit of his passion. Hey, my name is Dillon Emmons. I've spent the last 10 years learning music production, recording, as well as mixing and mastering for my own projects. I am a recording artist as well, releasing music under the artist name Jungle Jim. I have reached moderate success with a few single releases throughout 2020, which I recorded, mixed, and mastered myself.
