Fuminori Kagajo is a DJ and Producer based in Sapporo / Japan, since 1996, landing gigs alongside Frankie Knuckles and Ian Pooley among others in his home town. Kagajo makes house music that blends Jazz-funk and Latin-disco Music. No stranger to the international music circuit, Kagajo has released on the likes of DJ Spen’s “Quantize Recordings”, NY’s legendary House label “King Street Sounds”, UK’s popular House label “Makin’ Moves” and many more other labels. Also his track offered to compilation “Doin’ James” released from popular mush up label “G.A.M.M” . Kagajo was chosen in the Top 100 Soulful House Artists of 2016 in “Traxsource”. Hitz is a producer/engineer that has hovered around industry greats for the better part of 20 years. From learning from Dizzo at CM records, working side by side with The Mix King Steve Sola, Sam The Engineer kicking me out of his seat to teach me a thing or two, to sitting in with mixing guru simply known as Serge at Platinum Sounds, Hitz always found a way to work with some of the best when It came to mixing and mastering. I'm an Emmy Award winning Songwriter and ACM Song Of The Year Nominee. I've won 15 ASCAP Awards and written with some of the biggest artists in the world, in Country, Pop & Rock. My songs have been at the top of Billboard's #1 singles chart as a Songwriter and as Producer and they've appeared in TV series' more than 300 times. I write and produce artists in the direction they want to go in. I want the song to be great before I wrap the record around it. Everything begins with the song. I moved to Nashville from Memphis to be a songwriter and that worked out for me pretty quickly. I signed with Universal, I had 3 hits in 3 years and my first #1. When I left there at year four, I helped start a publishing company, Big Tractor Music, with Producer, Scott Hendricks, now SR VP or A&R at Warner Brothers. Roughly 10 years later I became Head Of Creative at Chrysalis Music where I continued to write, produce and discover, sign and develop artist/writers. I’m a professional singer and songwriter from New York City who’s moved all over the US and Europe, and I’m based in Malaga Spain. I’ve performed, recorded and/or written music with the likes of Ingrid Michaelson, Rachel Platten, Lizzie Grant (Lana Del Rey), The Kin, Gregory Alan Isakov, Lenny Kravitz, Brass Against, Kevin Garrett, and more. My album Other Man was produced by Mike Hedges (U2, The Cure) with help from a team of Grammy winning programmers, mixers, and string arrangers and was released worldwide by Filter Music Group (Milky Chance) in summer 2018.
