Hello all. My name is Ryan Sands. I'm a young, dynamic drummer from Connecticut with the aspirations of being one of the greats in modern Jazz music. Much of this unhelpful workflow comes from ego. When working with clients, I never start the conversation about my own taste of music. Instead, I begin with listening to the artist with the intent of every artist leaving with a new found confidence in their sound. Q: What's your strongest skill? A: Drum Programming.
