In college, I minored in creative writing and showcased my prowess by working for the school's paper and the literary magazine as a section and genre editor respectively. My musical journey began in 2002 with a jestful death metal band I started with my best friend called "Chaos Informed." I have been an in-house engineer for 10 years, at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool and Cube Recording in Cornwall, UK. I love listening AND working on music from many different genres. A lot of mix engineers today use mix templates to speed up their mixing process - I choose against this - I always approach mixing artist's tracks differently, which has always got me better results!
